Steven joined Sapient in 2022 with over 21 years experience of advising, investing in and raising capital for UK companies including significant board experience as an investor, executive and NED. 

Steven was a Partner and Head of the Hospitality and Leisure team at Downing LLP, an investment manager with £1.8bn of assets under management and Chief Investment Officer at award winning premium pub/restaurant operator, Oakman Group Plc.

Steven qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Baker Tilly and a degree in Accountancy and Finance from Brighton University.
