Tina has been part of the Sapient Corporate Finance team since 2002, although she has been involved in the sector since 1991, when she has part of the team providing the initial funding to Enterprise Inns. Most recently she was involved in the disposal of Mitchells & Butlers wet-led pubs to TDR. She was also a key member of the team advising Geronimo Inns on its £25million fundraising and restructuring project. Her previous experience means she typically works on any fundraising or restructuring projects.
Tina worked in the private equity industry for 12 years, principally for NatWest Ventures and ABN AMRO Capital. She has successfully invested across all levels of the leveraged finance market, but spent the majority of her time investing in mezzanine finance products. She was a founding member of both NatWest Markets and ABN AMRO’s UK mezzanine finance activities.
