Peter has advised eight of the 10 largest managed and tenanted pub companies in the UK during his 19 year association with the pub industry since the formation of the industry following the Beer Orders in 1991.
Peter’s first deal in the sector was the 1991 acquisition of 372 pubs from Bass to create Enterprise Inns. Since then Peter has been involved in over 50 transactions in the pub sector and has the greatest experience of any adviser to the sector.
Present and past clients include Mitchells & Butlers, Punch Taverns, Geronimo, Realpubs, Scottish & Newcastle and Greene King.
