Andy has extensive multi-site diligence experience and normally leads the financial modelling within Sapient Corporate Finance.

Since joining Sapient Corporate Finance in June 2005, Andy has worked on over 30 completed transactions with sector clients including Mitchells & Butlers, Punch Taverns and Scottish & Newcastle.

Prior to joining Sapient Corporate Finance, Andy worked as a senior financial executive at both Scottish & Newcastle Retail and Sears plc. Major projects included the sale of Scottish & Newcastle Retail to Spirit and the disposal of the Wallis and Warehouse businesses to Philip Green.
